Empowered by highly qualified and experienced researchers and developers, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a quality approved Fused Tungsten Carbide Powder. These powders are mixture of tungsten, carbon cobalt and iron compounds. For safe and easy transportation the powders are efficiently packed in polythene bags and cardboard boxes. Widely used to make diamond cutting tools our Fused Tungsten Carbide Powder is available at cost effective prices.
Features :
-
Unmatched quality
-
Abrasion resistance
-
Sturdiness
Fused Tungsten Carbide powder is manufactured specially for wear applications. With the carburization process, at high temperature, the mixture of Tungsten powder and highly pure carbon turns into crystal form of hard Tungsten carbide powder.
Available grades :
- Fused Tungsten Carbide Powders are available in different grades from 30 Mesh to 600 Mesh.
- Standard available grades are as under
Grades | Particle size range |
AWF 30 | 30 - 60 Mesh |
AWF 60 | 60 - 100 Mesh |
AWF 100 | 100 - 200 Mesh |
AWF 200 | 200 - 300 Mesh |
AWF 300 | 300 - 400 Mesh |
AWF 400 | 400 - 600 Mesh |
Principal Applications :
Fused Tungsten Carbide Powder is used to manufacture diamond tools, where high abrasiveness is required. It is also used in wear applications such as welding electrodes and wires.
